In order to become a shopper for Creative Marketing Concepts you must complete a two page application. The application will be e-mailed or faxed to you if you meet the necessary qualifications. Please do not request an application unless you meet our qualifications. If you qualify please request an application via email. Creative will email the application to you within two days. Please complete the application and fax or mail it to Creative. If your application is completed correctly you will be added to Creative's database of shoppers. When a shop in your area is required, you may be contacted by a Creative shopping Coordinator with the details of the shopping assignment. The fee Creative will pay you for each shop is dependent upon the complexity of the assignment. You will be paid for each completed assignment. Creative pays you the fee within 45 days of receipt of an acceptable shopping report.

• or one year of leasing experience,
• or one year of performing mystery shops.

Upon submission of your basic information we will e-mail you the application that you must complete and fax to Creative Marketing Concepts with your signature.

No financial information is requested and there is no cost of any kind to apply.

After your application is approved, Creative Marketing Concepts will add your information to our national database of qualified shoppers and might contact you when a shop is required in the geographic areas you list on your application. Thank you for your interest.
