Marci’s expertise in property management marketing and training spans more than 30 years. Colleagues in the industry know Marci for her engaging training and workshops, as well as her in-depth knowledge of product and market.
Prior to founding Creative Marketing Concepts, she worked in marketing for The Rouse Company, served as mid-Atlantic director of leasing operations with Corcoran Jennison, and was vice president of marketing for CFM Management Services.
If anyone has on-the-ground experience in the multifamily industry, it’s Linda. She began her property management career onsite as the assistant manager of a brand-new construction/lease-up community. Quickly promoted to resident manager, she continued to work on-site before joining Marci Brand at Creative Marketing Concepts in 1991. Linda has been a key leader in growing the company’s client base and suite of services. Today, she works with clients on a consulting basis, works on training initiatives, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the CMC office.

Nikki has been contributing to the CMC experience since 2001. As the vice president of marketing, she coordinates marketing strategies and projects for her clients and oversees the CMC marketing team. Nikki enjoys traveling, reading a chilling suspense novel, and is obsessed with Game of Thrones. Winter is here!
Meet Dolores, marketing director for CMC who has been keeping our digital strategies fresh since 2014. Dolores assists in organizing marketing campaigns and developing successful marketing strategies for our clients. Dolores also provides support in developing marketing collateral, tracking existing marketing campaigns, and pulling market research analysis. She enjoys all things creative: writing, reading, singing, cooking, and spending time with family.

Director of Digital Marketing
Jenae, CMC team member since 2005, has worked to grow CMC's digital marketing and graphics department. After heading down south, Jenae now heads the Atlanta branch office. While away from work, Jenae enjoys cuddling with her new baby boy, traveling, and all things Beyoncé.
Emma, our newest addition to the team, has been a member of CMC since 2018. Eager to provide all-around digital media and marketing expertise, she enjoys photography, videography, and her passion for the performing arts.
